He is the CEO of SocialRise Inc, a dynamic marketing firm that operates worldwide, working with clients ranging from small to medium-sized businesses, to old school celebrities. SocialRise is the biggest media firm in Northern Ontario. SocialRise operates as a marketing department for businesses. Connor manages a portfolio of clients that drive more than $1 million a year in revenue combined. His expertise is lead generation and customer acquisitions. He helps companies find another source of revenue in their business through the use of digital marketing. 

He published two books before the age of 22, is the host of Life on the Rocques on Canadian television, and is a TEDx speaker. He has had the opportunity to work with Tony Robbins Company, and even work at events featuring Richard Branson, Gary Vaynerchuk, Jack Welch, and Steve Forbes.
