Jennifer has recently joined the Sudbury Symphony Orchestra as executive director and is hard at work, along with the Board of Directors, creating a post-pandemic season of main series concerts, chamber music and outreach events. Jennifer believes every city needs a symphony orchestra as a cultural base and that it should be an economic driver as well as a source of education, entertainment, joy and inspiration to its community. Previously, Jennifer was general manager at Symphony New Brunswick and education manager for the Prince George Symphony in British Columbia.

Her education is in music and social sciences, with special experience in nonprofit management. Jennifer spent 20 years in Europe as a freelance horn player and educator before returning to Canada in 2008 to start this new phase of her career.
