Wallace is a visual artist, a part-time professor in the Fine Art & Design Fundamentals program at Cambrian College, a full time teacher with the Rainbow District School Board, and the Executive Director of Live Love Louder; a non-profit organization dedicated to facilitating collaborative community murals in geared to income neighbourhoods in Sudbury, Ontario. Gillard has hands-on experience working directly with various city departments and representatives through a number of granting streams in coordination with like-minded community organizations across the City of Greater Sudbury.
