Since 2013, Joel Gauthier has been a Regional Development Advisor with the Regional Services branch of the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport which also supports the Ministry of Seniors and Accessibility and the Ministry of Francophone Affairs of Ontario.  He works closely with not-for-profit organizations in the region of Greater Sudbury and surroundings, assisting them with successful grant writing techniques and guiding them towards organizational health and sustainability.  His passion for Community and Cultural Development is fueled by meeting action networks and connecting them to key partners in the region.  He continues to highlight Cultural Tourism as an essential element to maintain a healthy vibrant community which embraces diversity and inclusivity through arts and culture.
